God's Grace is Great

John Newton wrote the hymn “Amazing Grace” 250 years ago. As he wrote, he thought about how his life had changed because of God’s grace, and he gave thanks. As we begin Lent, we reflect on our lives too. We can see where we were lost, but God found us! As children reflect on the words of “Amazing Grace” in this daily Lenten devotion booklet, they are reminded that God’s great grace was poured out upon us because of the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross. Because of Jesus Christ, we all can say that we have been saved by God’s grace. And that’s amazing!
